The Batam City GOH or WU association was originally initiated by 9 people who did not know each other. On January 9, 2022 a first meeting was held at Mrs. Yanti Goh's restaurant and held a first management meeting at the Windsor Park E number 5 house which was the address of the Secretariat at that time. Pak Roberth Goh was wandered as Chairman of the Peratama and Deputy Chairperson and Treasurer to be trusted to Mr. Kupang Hardo (Goh Ban) and Heri as the Secretary. On January 23, 2022 the management and members conducted Pertamanaya's social service to the True Love Nursing Home in the Punggur area. And iftar with orphans in celebrating the moment of Ramadan.
