The Batam City Goh or Wu Clan Association was initially initiated by 9 people who did not know each other. On January 9 2022, the first meeting was held at Ibu Yanti Goh's restaurant and the first management meeting was held at the Windsor Park house, block E No. 5, which was the temporary secretariat address at that time. Mr. Roberth Goh was entrusted as the first chairman and the deputy chairman and treasurer were entrusted to Mr. Kupang Disusanto (Goh Ban Pang) and Heri as secretary.
